Kevin De Santiago

Kevin brings over a decade of experience in coastal research across topics such as estuarine ecology and hydrology, benthic ecology, oyster restoration, and freshwater inflow science. Throughout his career, Kevin has accumulated technical experience in ecological, hydrological, and meteorological monitoring and data analysis and has been involved in various stakeholder-driven initiatives in the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. His experience allows him to take a multifaceted approach to his work and find solutions that benefit multiple user groups. Kevin’s passion for the Gulf of Mexico drives his contributions at work, eagerness to learn, and lifestyle.
Kevin has a BS in Biology and MS in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time tending to his garden and chickens or exploring nature and the city with his wife and daughter.
