Groups on a mission to have Comanche Springs to flow year-round

If you've lived in West Texas long enough, you've probably heard the story of how the springs started. If you haven't, it was once the third largest spring system in the entire state of Texas. It stopped flowing over 60 years ago. Now, it flows once in a while, but there are several groups working to see if they can get it to flow again year-round.
